Since 28 of February in 2011 Andreas Schmitz took over the CEO of Berlinwasser International. Besides this task Andreas Schmitz is responsible for controlling and risk management of the whole Berlinwasser Group.

Uwe Wiegand holds a degree in international economics and is responsible for BWI’s strategic business development. The company’s consistent orientation towards the growing water markets in economies in transition and the opportunities it has taken for long-term involvement in CEE, Africa and Asia with special focus on China have established the economic basis for international success and growth of BWI.
